As a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP), I believe the human body has remarkable abilities to take care of itself when provided with the proper building blocks. So when I come alongside a client, we focus together on the foundations of health to support them in their long-term goals. Those foundations are nutrition, digestion, blood sugar regulation, fatty acid intake, hydration, and minerals. I also utilize some lifestyle changes to address stress management, support quality sleep, and reduce environmental toxins.

I do not provide medical advice, nor do I diagnose, treat, or prevent disease. I support the body’s natural functions, deeply nourishing it from the ground up. I am not licensed by the state of Minnesota as a nutritionist or a dietician.

When I was trying to decide how to handle a debilitating chronic gut condition, I was given two options: expensive prescriptions with significant side effects, or surgery.
